Returns & Exchanges

In the event you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us (jane@graygreengoods.com) within 2 days of item delivery and we will happily accept your return (within 14 days of receipt) and we will process a refund or exchange the item. The item must be in like-new condition, with original packaging and receipt. Before shipping back your return, please send us an email (jane@graygreengoods.com) specifying which item you're returning and the reason for the return. We will give you a return authorization number, which needs to be included in your return package.

DETAILS:

 • Cost of item will be refunded; shipping cannot be refunded. 

• Make sure to get a tracking number, and insure the package; we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

• Any taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer. 

• If an item has been damaged during transit, please contact us (jane@graygreengoods.com), take photos of product and packaging, and we will file a claim with the carrier.  

• All SALE items and items that have been customized are final purchase. If you are not sure about a fabric color or weight, we'd be happy to send you a fabric sample before you order an item.
